When will my order ship?
Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 14 business days from the order date, excluding pre-orders. Multiple unit orders ship only when all items are in stock. You'll receive an automatic shipping confirmation including your tracking number.
*Note* Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours, and not all methods provide step-by-step tracking. Unfortunately, we can't modify the shipping method once the order is placed.

 

When will I get my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent to your provided email immediately after purchase, containing details of items, shipping and billing addresses, selected shipping method, and digital download links if applicable. If you don't receive it, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing or if there's an email entry error, contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

My order hasn't shipped. Why was I charged?
All orders are charged in full upon placement. For security reasons, we don't retain payment or credit card information.
